Hello, my name is Sarah Lambiase and I am a Family Support Worker. I provide support and advice to families on a range of issues, including:
- Behaviour at home and in school
- Common parenthood challenges, such as sleep, toileting and diet
- Financial worries or debt
- Family separation
- Bereavement
- Housing
If you and your family are facing lots of difficulties at once I can help to set-up a Family Support Plan, which brings together professionals from different agencies to help support you and your family to get back on track.
I also run the Solihull Parenting Course twice a year. This helps parents/carers to understand more about their child and their behaviour and build on the relationship they have with their child. Please click here to find out more.
I am also a Domestic Violence Champion and a Children’s Mental Health Champion, which means I have specialist training in each of these areas and I can provide tailored support if you or your family are currently affected by these issues.
In addition to supporting parents and carers I also support children in school with their social and emotional well-being. If you feel there is anything in school or at home which is affecting your child’s well-being I can offer them a safe space to talk about how they are feeling.
If you are experiencing any of the issues mentioned above, or just need somebody to talk to, please contact me and together we can find a way forward for you and your family. You can call the office to book an appointment or email me at fsw@westearlhamjunior.norfolk.sch.uk
